We are located directly opposite Strathfield station. Walk through the bus stop section towards Strathfield Square and you will see our bright signage on the first floor of the building.
Enter Symond arcade through the sliding doors in between the two ground level cafes and walk up the stairs to the mezzanine level one. You will find our signage and clinic located in the corner!

If you are unsure of which treatment you would like to book, please give us a call on (02) 9610 9510 so that we can ask you a few questions that can help us determine the best treatment for you! Otherwise, feel free to book a complimentary in store skin consultation.

For clients that have booked in a hydradermabrasion or AHA/BHA peptide peel, it is recommended that you already use some active ingredients in your skincare routine.
For microdermabrasion and Oxy-dermabrasion, you do not need any prior skin preparation.
It is okay to come into the clinic with make up on as we will remove it for you.

Aftercare advice and tea is provided after each facial.

Below are our recommendations.
– Avoid direct sunlight or overheating/sweating for 24 hours
– No exercise, spas or saunas immediately after treatment
– Do not use any active ingredients for the next 24 hours
– Spf is a must and/or wear a hat in the sun
– Avoid waxing, peels IPL or laser treatments for 2 weeks
– Do not pick scratch or peel skin after peels
– No exfoliant for 3 days – We recommend exfoliating on the 3rd day after a microdermabrasion
– Do not wash the face for 5 hours post treatment to allow active ingredients to penetrate

All other beauty treatments should allow 14 days before next treatment e.g. botox/filler/laser

Each of our therapists specialise in different aspects of skin and beauty but our facial and massage protocol are all uniform and systemised so that no matter who you decide to select as your therapist, you will be receiving the same high standard level of treatment.

No special clothing is required, come as you are! For ladies, we will ask you to change into a robe that wraps around the chest area so that we can access the decolletage for our signature massage that we offer in all of our facials and a headband to keep your hair out of your face. Your personal comfort is always most important to us!

We accept payments over our Square terminal which accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
We also accept direct bank transfer and cash.

All prices are subject to change without any notice. Product refunds must be done within 10 days of purchase with original receipt and packaging. Refunds may only be given to the original purchaser. Refunds cannot be made due to a change of mind. We do not hold any liability to any adverse reactions from our skin treatments or client’s improper aftercare, although, we will try our best to resolve any matters with other treatments such as LED light therapy or other specialised treatments as we believe we can help maintain and improve your skin health.

Providing outstanding service is the core of our business. Because facial services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify the clinic 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty. Without 24 hour notice, we will charge a fee of 50% of the price of the cancelled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.”
L’amour group or hens packages must allow a minimum 48 hour cancellation notice.
