Cancellations: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee or forfeit of deposit.
No-shows: Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and aesthetic services:
Treatments: All prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable but may be transferable upon request.
Products: Returns on skincare products are only accepted within 7 days of purchase and must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Reactions: In the rare event of a skin reaction, please contact us immediately for a consultation. Refunds are not issued without assessment.
5. Payment Terms
We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure digital payment methods. Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6. Gift Vouchers
Valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
Can be used for treatments or products unless otherwise specified.

10. Refund Policy

10.1 Services & Treatments
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations, or reactions that occur as a result of not following pre- or post-treatment advice.
You are entitled to a refund, re-treatment, or compensation only where a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, such as if:
The treatment was not provided with due care or skill
It was significantly different from what was agreed or advertised
It caused an adverse outcome due to practitioner negligence
Results may vary depending on your skin condition, lifestyle factors, and compliance with homecare protocols. This variation is not considered grounds for a refund.
10.2 Prepaid Treatments and Packages
Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable.
Packages are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Unused credits may be transferred to another treatment or person at the clinic’s discretion, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before an appointment.
Missed or late-cancelled appointments (under 48 hours’ notice) may result in the forfeiture of the session.
10.3 Skincare Products
To ensure product integrity, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened or used skincare products unless:
The product is faulty or damaged upon receipt
It has been incorrectly supplied
You experience a verified allergic reaction (subject to clinic assessment and documentation)
Allergy claims must be reported within 7 days of purchase with photographic evidence and the product must be returned at least 75% full.
10.4 Promotional Offers and Gift Cards
Promotional services or bundled packages are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Gift cards are valid for 18 months and are non-refundable.
11. Privacy Policy
